Fae: -scoots towards Nix and looms with a concerned look-
Nix: what?
Fae: you know... that crayon you're drawing with, it's white
Nix: ... so people tell me?
Fae: the eggshell is white too. It's not going to show up.
Nix: It'll show up when uncle puts it in the dye, he's done this before.
Fae: ... If you say so -scoots back to Cade-

Fritha gets worried sometimes about her brother completing his assignments since they've been so visual for the past few months, but she doesn't want to show her concern directly because that's a sign of weakness or something
so instead she disguises her concern with a judgmental tone

I was going to put more time and effort into this but of course my schedule had other plans in mind. ;v;
