Casual: She's a little bit more relaxed than her brother when it comes to rules, though she still expects poke's to act with formality around her. 

Confidant: She always holds herself with dignity and even when she realizes she's made some sort of mistake (which isn't done often) she'll take it in stride.

Environmentally concious: Even though they haven't settled in her oceans, she still despises the humans for the polution she sees in her waters.

Independant: If there is a problem to be solved she will often handle the situation on her own before asking for help, she sees her minions as an extension of herself, not as companions.

Rash: when she's angry she acts more spontaneously, sometimes causing natural desasters, though her mood will often change back to normal again once she's gotten the frustration out of her system.

Open minded: she's quicker to adapt than her brother, so she might intersperse her old english vernacular with modern terms every once in a while

Playful: for those who can understand her old style way of speaking, they might recognize some humorous remarks. She enjoys having fun and being entertained. You can expect to see her attending at least some of the festivals on the island.

Background History 

Long ago, since the beginning of time, Kyogre and Groudon fought to sway the balance of the world's oceans and land into their favor. The previous inhabitants of this island sealed her and her brother away in the dungeons of the Relic Castle; however, the cianwood islanders freed them. They both now live harmoniously on the island together as the guardian denizens and are on good terms with the island cats.

She speaks in Old english! Writing for her can be a bit tricky.
She uses very proper words, even in common tongue, so she doesn't swear. (legendaries have to keep up their name after all)
